Once More With Feeling
So, I had my big 3-0 birthday the other day (we had a big speakeasy dress-up party. It was AWESOME ~~ ) but because of the shift/non-shift that is 30, I've been extremely nostalgic. So I started watching Buffy again. This show was one of many that ruled my high school career. I lived for the slayer that sometimes dies and the vampire love that can never be. And of course being the *super-duper extra sprinkles* type nerd that I am, one of my favorite episodes is the musical one. And shamefully enough, I've watched it at least 5 times since Sunday... It's a new dawn, a new day, a new year, and we're feelin' good~
It's that time again! The time in which we welcome the new year by giving a brief break-down of where our projects are at the moment/where they are headed and where we have been. It's been an overall productive year in 2012. We've had almost 100 chapters released this year and completed 6 projects. We've gained a few life-long friends and lost a few to the dreaded real life progress. But overall we've kept on target with most of our projects and I'm excited to see what we can accomplish in 2013! Just to give everyone a head's up before I head into this, there will be a pass hunt this release (we've had a lot of requests for one of late) so keep your peepers open to find it! UPDATE TIME!!!! A Dream Come...True?
Whew! This past month has been hectic and wonderful. Here in a few weeks my babies are all going to be starting school. I can't believe my eldest is starting kindergarten! Time flies far too fast. So, the last night I had a fantastic dream in which I was at a masquerade ball. It's always been a personal dream of mine to go to a ball and dance the night away. Anyway, I was standing at the top of stairs (like so many teen dramas) sparkling as some mystery hand takes the shawl that is covering my beautiful dress up. The spotlight turns on to me and I shield my eyes from the sudden shock of the bright light. As my eyes adjust I look down and all eyes are on me and my fabulous costume. Happy 4 years and my point is... elephants are cute too!
By *pronouncedyou I never knew elephants can be so cute. I don't like animals that are larger than me, So I'll never go near an elephant. However, when I saw an elephant in the drama that I was watching last night, I just couldn't help thinking how adorable it was when it came to the rescue of it's owner.
